Today's free puzzle is a word search. It's a giant U filled with words that start with U! If you are easily offended, then you may want to skip this one, as I did include words like 'urine', 'uvula', and 'user'. Honestly, I was thinking of a computer user when I decided to include that one. And a uvula is mostly harmless. But I can understand concerns over urine. If you are giving this to a class full of 8 year old boys, they might start giggling over that word!
In any case, this is a rather packed puzzle, so your solvers may need to be a bit sophisticated in their ability to find and circle words. Word searches aren't difficult, but some may find them a bit frustrating.
So just a bit about the creation of this puzzle...I was making a magnet word search for my TpT store and this is what I came up with! It just didn't look much like a magnet, so I redid that entire puzzle. But I thought this looked rather nicely like a 'U' so I decided to make use of it anyway as a free puzzle for the blog. Just a head's up for those interested...I am working on a set of magnet puzzles for my Puzzle Den store!
