Crypto-style puzzles can vary widely. Some of the puzzles you will find here will be maths practice puzzles with jokes or hidden animals. Some of them will focus more on word play. But they are all fun!
The chart at the top of this list is an aid for solving classical cryptogram puzzles that don't provide an alphabet substitution chart. You can print it off for a single student to use to solve a series of 4 different crypto-puzzles (like 'Halloween Crypto-Families'), or you can print it, cut it in strips, and 4 different students can use one strip to solve one puzzle each.
